Our cosy 48qm bottom floor apartment with a quiet bedroom. The couch in the living room can be pulled-out to accommodate an extra 2 person (kids) – (maximum number of guests 4). There is also a modern en-suite bathroom and you will find a fully equipped kitchen.
On sunny days you can be outside on your private veranda.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The appartement has just been renovated and we created a bright and cozy atmosphere by using natural materials – perfect for your relaxation after an amazing day out on the snow or on the mountains. Parking in Kitzbühel is difficult, luckily we have a private parking lot just for you in front of the Appartement Aschbach.

Single occupancy pays the same as double
For children up to 6 years you pay a laundry fee EUR 15,00/stay
