Our house has a prime location – it is situated in a quiet location on the sunny side of the city – it is only a 10 minute walk to the oldest part of the city center. The Kitzbühler Horn ski-lift is a 5 minute walk, there is also free (ski-)bus station in front, that will take you to the Hahnenkamm (ski-)lift.

In our house are two cosy design-apartments – apartment Streifblick (102 qm/ 6-8 guests) and apartment Aschbach (48 qm/ 2-4 guests) – we put much attention into the details to create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere – staying true to the spirit of Tyrol, using natural materials.

Parking in Kitzbühel is difficult, luckily we have a private free-parking lot just for you in front of our house. One spot for each apartment. There is also a park & ride within walking distance (aprox. 10 minutes) when you need additional parking spaces.

The apartments offer free Wi-Fi. If you want, we bring fresh bread every day for breakfast and we have many local tips to make your holiday unforgettable.
